Itinerary Details:
Day 1: Jaipur Arrival
The adventure is initiated as you arrive in Jaipur, the vibrant capital city also known as the “Pink City.” A dedicated transfer conveys the traveller to his or her pre-booked hotel upon arrival at the airport or railway station. The day is arranged for acclimatization and an enjoyable check-in.
The tour begins with a visit to the white marble wonder of the Birla Mandir. Introduce a regal flavor to the royal sojourn, the evening typically features a highly recommended excursion to the famous Chokhi Dhani, an ethnic village that provides a classic Rajasthani cultural experience, with folk dances, puppet shows and local dining.
Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing
A comprehensive trip to Jaipur’s historical and architectural jewels. Enjoy a morning drive to the stunning Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site set on the Aravalli hill overlooking Maota Lake. Back to the walled city, the spotlight focuses on the monuments at the city center:
Hawa Mahal, a quick snap at the five-storey pink sandstone structure famous for its intricate honeycomb façade.
City Palace, a sprawling complex still serves as residence to the royal family, complete with courtyards, museums and its illustrious Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal.
Jantar Mantar, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, is an 18th century astronomical observatory possessing giant, precise stone instruments.
Embark on an excursion around the city’s vibrant local market, like Bapu Bazaar, Johari Bazaar, or other souvenir spots.
Day 3: Pushkar Transfer
The day is planned for a trip to Pushkar, which is a journey of 2 to 3 hours from Jaipur. Pushkar is one of India’s oldest cities and has a special significance in Hindu mythology and pilgrimage. The spiritual learning is the focal point of the day. The 52 bathing ghats that encircled the sacred Pushkar Lake. The most important tourist point is the Brahma Temple, one of the few temples in the entire world dedicated to the creator Lord Brahma.
The city of Ajmer, Pushkar, has a cultural affinity that is explored on the day.
With a moment of religious unification and a glimpse into Sufi tradition, Ajmer is famous for the renowned Ajmer Sharif Dargah, the shrine of the Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. The guests spend the night at Pushkar, they may enjoy the spiritual calmness of the town and ideally experience the evening aarti at the lake ghats.
Day 4: Udaipur Transfer
The day is traveling intensive day, taking the tourists south along the Aravalli Mountain range from Pushkar to Udaipur. The central plains yield to the fertile, lake-studded valleys of southern Rajasthan during the scenic journey, indicating a definite change in the topography of the region.
The Jain temples at Ranakpur are a recommended and widely suggested detour along the route. The temples are 15th century architecture and renowned throughout the globe for its exquisite and detailed marble structure. This break brings an element of art history into the retreat and interrupts the route.
As you arrive in Udaipur, fondly called as “City of Lakes,” the traveller checks into a hotel. The evening is spent making the most of the romantic atmosphere. A romantic boat ride on Lake Pichola, offering spectacular views of the floating Jal Mahal, the city Palace illuminating at night, and the stunning hotels or restaurants along the lake. The initial experience establishes the tone for the city’s famous loveliness and serenity.
Day 5: Udaipur Sightseeing Tour
Discover the palaces, gardens and history of Udaipur, one of the world’s most romantic cities. The enormous City Palace was built more than 400 years ago on the eastern bank of Lake Pichola. With pavilions, courtyards, terraces and the breathtaking Mor Chowk, the palaces blend Mughal and Rajasthani architectural styles. Other sightseeing attractions are:
Jagdish Temple, the stunning Indo-Aryan temple, is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
Saheliyon ki Bari, dedicated to the royal ladies, consists of marble fountains, kiosks, a lotus pool and marble elephants. Puppets, masks, tribal art and traditional attire are all showcased in the Folk Art Museum.
Monsoon Palace, offering a commanding panoramic view of the lakes and the whole city is an excellent spot to spend the evening while watching the sunsets.
Day 6: Departure from Udaipur
The day marks the end of this tour. The travellers are taken from their hotel after having a final breakfast in the peaceful City of Lakes. Get transferred with a profound appreciation of Rajasthan’s glorious royal, religious and romantic heritage after being escorted to the airport or railway station for their onward destination.
