Delhi Arrival & Mandawa Transfer
As you reach Delhi, your vacation officially commences. You will subsequently be transferred to the town of Mandawa, which is centrally located in the Shekhawati region. The Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli and the Murmuria Haveli, have frescoes detailing unique stories. Post breakfast, you will visit the nearby Shekhawaati towns of Dundlod and Nawalgarh as part of your tour. Another haveli centre of art is Nawalgarh, now billed as the “Golden City of Rajasthan.” You’ll come across the Sheesh Mahal, famed for its mirror work and the Podar Haveli, converted into a museum showcasing the art and culture of the region. Dundlod is famous for its fort and other beautiful havelis including the Goenka Haveli. You will depart and travel to Bikaner, an important city in the Thar Desert on the 4th day. The Shekhawati cultural capital of Fatehpur will be a highlight along the route. The Jagannath Singhania Haveli and the Nadine Le Prince Haveli, you may catch some of the most vibrant and well-conserved frescoes in the region. You’ll proceed to Bikaner after immersing in the last of Shekhawati’s craftsmanship.
