Tour Itinerary
Jaipur – Arrival – The Pink City Unfolds
Arrive in Jaipur, the pink city. Take a meeting with your driver and move to your hotel. Relax and visit Birla Temple and Albert Hall Museum, or take a leisurely walk through Bapu Bazaar. Visit Nahargarh Fort for panoramic views of the city in the evening. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Jaipur Sightseeing – Regal Heritage
After breakfast, tour Amber Fort, where you can see intricate courtyards and Sheesh Mahal. Take photos at Jal Mahal and proceed to the City Palace, an architectural combination of Mughal and Rajput majesty. Tour the Jantar Mantar observatory and the iconic Hawa Mahal. Overnight in Jaipur.
Jaipur to Bikaner – Desert Frontier
Drive to Bikaner (about 6 hours). Visit Junagarh Fort on arrival, which is famous for its lavishly decorated interiors. Stop by the Lalgarh Palace, now partially a heritage hotel. If there is time, go to the eccentric Karni Mata Temple at Deshnok, which has thousands of holy rats. Overnight stay in Bikaner.
Bikaner to Jaisalmer – The Golden Mirage
Post-breakfast, road trip to Jaisalmer (around 6 hours), going through barren desert terrain. On arrival, check in to your hotel or haveli-palace guesthouse. In the evening, visit Gadisar Lake and watch sunset. Overnight in Jaisalmer.
Jaisalmer Fort & Desert Safari
Following breakfast, visit the imposing Jaisalmer Fort, which remains populated by locals. Stop by Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, and Nathmal Ki Haveli. Then drive to the Sam Sand Dunes. Enjoy a camel ride, cultural show, and a traditional dinner at a desert camp. Overnight in Jaisalmer (camp or hotel).
Jaisalmer to Jodhpur – The Blue City
Drive to Jodhpur (around 5.5 hours). Upon arrival, visit Mehrangarh Fort, which provides panoramic views and ornate palaces. Visit Jaswant Thada, the royal cenotaph, and Umaid Bhawan Palace. Wander around the busy Clock Tower Market in the evening. Overnight in Jodhpur.
Jodhpur to Mount Abu – The Hill Retreat
Drive to Mount Abu (around 6 hrs), the only hill station in Rajasthan. Upon arrival, visit Dilwara Temples, renowned for their beautiful marble work. Spend the evening at Nakki Lake or viewing the sunset at Sunset Point. Overnight at Mount Abu.
Mount Abu to Udaipur – Romantic Lakes
Breakfast and then drive to Udaipur (approximately 3.5 hours). Visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, Fateh Sagar Lake, and Shilpgram Craft Village. Late evening, take a boat ride on Lake Pichola to watch the reflection of lights of Jag Mandir and Lake Palace on the waters. Overnight in Udaipur.
Udaipur to Pushkar – Sacred Shores
Drive to Pushkar (about 5 hours), a sacred town around the sacred Pushkar Lake. See the renowned Brahma Temple, among the very few dedicated to Lord Brahma. Stroll down the ghats, shop for handicrafts from local stalls, or sit in for an evening aarti. Overnight halt at Pushkar.
Pushkar to Jaipur – Departure
Drive back to Jaipur after breakfast (approx. 2.5 hrs). Get transferred to Jaipur Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, with memories of Rajasthan's most exotic places.
