Arrival in Delhi – Sightseeing – Drive to Agra
Your journey begins with arrival in Delhi, where you’ll be welcomed by your private driver or guide. Start with a tour of Old Delhi, visiting Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, followed by a walk through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk. Drive past the Red Fort and continue to Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Later, visit New Delhi landmarks such as India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Post sightseeing, start your journey to Agra (about 3.5 hrs). Check in to your hotel and rest. Overnight in Agra.
Sightseeing in Agra – Drive to Jaipur through Fatehpur Sikri
Early morning, go to the world-famous Taj Mahal during sunrise – a vision in white marble and enduring love. Come back to the hotel for breakfast. Next, go to Agra Fort, a 16th-century Mughal fort with royal apartments and panoramic views of the Yamuna River. Drive after checkout to Jaipur (about 5 hrs), breaking journey at Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted Mughal capital famous for its beautiful red sandstone palaces and courtyards. Evening arrival in Jaipur and check into the hotel. Overnight at Jaipur.
Jaipur Sightseeing – Departure
Following breakfast, visit the colorful capital of Rajasthan. Start with an early morning climb to Amber Fort, a hilltop fortress with mirrored palaces, elephant rides (optional), and ancient courtyards. Take photos at Jal Mahal, a water palace situated in the middle of the lake. Continue to visit the City Palace, part museum and part royal residence, followed by Jantar Mantar, the ancient astronomical observatory. Finally, visit the Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Winds. After lunch, proceed for Delhi or Jaipur Airport/Railway Station at the end of this 3-day Golden Triangle adventure.
