Departure from Lucknow – Arrival in Delhi
Begin your tour with a morning train or flight from Lucknow to Delhi. Upon arrival in the capital, meet your personal tour representative who will assist with a smooth transfer to your hotel. After check-in, spend the evening at leisure or opt for a guided walk in Connaught Place, exploring colonial buildings, modern cafes, and vibrant markets. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Discover Delhi – Old & New Capital Jewels
Breakfast, followed by a whole day of discovery of India's capital city. Start with Old Delhi and visit Jama Masjid, and then ride through the narrow alleys of Chandni Chowk in cycle rickshaws. Drive past the Red Fort and proceed to Raj Ghat, which is a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. In the afternoon, explore New Delhi’s landmarks including Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, and Lotus Temple. Photo stops at India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Parliament House complete your day. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Delhi to Agra (210 km / 4-5 hours)
After breakfast, travel to Agra, the Mughal capital. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Start your sightseeing with a visit to the imposing Agra Fort, which was ruled by Mughal emperors. Then visit Mehtab Bagh to see the panoramic view of the Taj Mahal at sunset over the Yamuna River. At your discretion, watch the "Mohabbat-e-Taj" cultural show in the evening. Overnight in Agra.
Sunrise Taj Mahal visit – Drive to Jaipur through Fatehpur Sikri (240 km / 5-6 hours)
Wake up early to witness the Taj Mahal during its morning beauty. This monument of love is particularly magical at dawn. Back for breakfast and then leave for Jaipur, with a stop along the way to visit the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri with its majestic red sandstone structures. Proceed to Jaipur, the Pink City, and check into your hotel. Free time in the evening to visit local bazaars. Overnight at Jaipur.
Jaipur City Tour – Palaces, Forts & Culture
After breakfast, discover the royal attractions of Jaipur. Begin with hilltop Amber Fort, where you can take a jeep or (optional) an elephant ride to its gates. Discover its gilded halls, Sheesh Mahal, and ancient courtyards. Then, visit City Palace, still occupied by the royal family, and adjacent Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. Make a stop for pictures at Hawa Mahal, the famous Palace of Winds. Optional evening: have a traditional Rajasthani dinner at Chokhi Dhani with folk dances, camel ride, and local food. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Jaipur to Delhi (260 km / 5-6 hours)
After a leisurely breakfast, check out and return to Delhi. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Use the remaining evening according to your convenience—shopping at Khan Market, visiting Dilli Haat, or unwinding at Lodhi Garden. Overnight stay at Delhi.
Departure from Delhi – Return to Lucknow
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight or train schedule, you’ll be transferred to Delhi Airport or Railway Station for your return journey to Lucknow, concluding your Golden Triangle adventure with memories of India’s rich heritage and vibrant culture.
