After check-in and relaxation, start your acclimatization to the capital city with an evening drive along Rajpath, visiting India Gate, a memorial to Indian soldiers, and views of Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House. In the evening, drive to Connaught Place, a shopping circle from the British era, which is abuzz with booksellers, coffee shops, and street life. Following breakfast, visit both Old and New Delhi. Take a tour of the Red Fort, an embodiment of Mughal power, followed by Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. After breakfast, drive to Agra (around 4 hours). On reaching, check into the hotel and relax for a while. After breakfast, depart and set out on your drive to Jaipur, breaking en route at Fatehpur Sikri, Emperor Akbar's abandoned red sandstone capital. Breakfast followed by transfer to railway station or airport for departure to Amritsar (train: 6–7 hrs, flight: 1.5 hrs). On arrival, receive and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, head to the Wagah Border, where you’ll witness the iconic Beating Retreat Ceremony between India and Pakistan.
