Departure from Delhi – Welcome Aboard
Start your luxury travel at the Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station with a regal red-carpet welcome. Check into your plush private cabin on the train. Savor welcome drinks, a traditional aarti, and unwind in your luxurious suite. As the train heads for Jaipur, have dinner in the exquisite dining car amidst marvelous interiors. Overnight onboard.
Jaipur – The Pink City Royal Experience
Reach Jaipur and disembark for a guided tour. See Amber Fort, the grand monument of Rajasthan, with elephant or jeep rides available. Proceed to the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and drive past Hawa Mahal. Return to the train for lunch or indulge in optional shopping at Jaipur's heritage bazaars. In the evening, have cultural entertainment on board before the train leaves. Overnight onboard.
Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore) – Chittorgarh Fort Light Show
Early morning disembark at Sawai Madhopur for an exciting safari in Ranthambore National Park, where you may catch the rare Bengal tiger, leopards, and antelope. Return to the train for breakfast. Proceed to Chittorgarh. Evening visit to the huge Chittorgarh Fort, with its Victory Tower, and the tragic love stories of Rani Padmini. Watch a sound and light show followed by return to the train. Overnight onboard.
Udaipur – Lakes and Royal Palaces
Arrive in romantic "City of Lakes" Udaipur. Explore the stunning City Palace, and take a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Tour Saheliyon Ki Bari and have lunch at a heritage hotel. The afternoon is at leisure for optional activities or relaxed exploration. Board the train and proceed on your way to Jaisalmer. Overnight onboard.
Jaisalmer – Golden Fort and Desert Culture
Following breakfast onboard, visit Jaisalmer Fort, India's only living fort. Then visit Patwon Ki Haveli and Salim Singh Haveli, and stroll down the golden sandstone streets. In the evening, go to the Sam Sand Dunes to take a camel ride, watch the sunset, have a cultural dance show, and a traditional Rajasthani dinner in the desert. Overnight in your train.
Jodhpur – The Impressive Marwar Capital
Reach Jodhpur, the Blue City. Explore Mehrangarh Fort, which towers above the city, followed by Jaswant Thada and a walking tour of the local markets around the Clock Tower. Lunch in royal ambiance like Umaid Bhawan Palace or in a restored haveli. Back on the train by afternoon. Overnight aboard as the train travels to Bharatpur.
Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary – Agra and the Taj Mahal
Early morning visit to Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary, home to hundreds of migratory birds including Siberian cranes (seasonal). After breakfast, continue to Agra. Visit the Agra Fort, followed by a visit to the breathtaking Taj Mahal, the symbol of eternal love. Enjoy a royal lunch or tea with a view of the monument. Return to the train for your final onboard dinner. Overnight onboard.
Return to Delhi – Departure
Arrive back at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station in the morning. After a royal breakfast, deboard with unforgettable memories of a luxurious journey across Rajasthan. You’ll be transferred to your hotel or airport as per your schedule.
