The Rajasthani language gave rise to the name "Chokhi Dhani," which means "A pleasant tiny village." Around 20 miles from Jaipur city, Chokhi Dhani Village is located on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway. On a plot of land of about 10 acres, this model village was constructed in 1989.

About The Resort

Chokhi Dhani was founded by Gul Vaswani in 1989. He started the venture to preserve Rajasthani culture so that it can be celebrated by local and international travelers for years.
